Robert Walker-Stambuk

Robert Walker-Stambuk is the principal solicitor at The Immigration Lawyer.

He is a lawyer of the NSW Supreme Court, the High Court and a registered Migration Agent (MARN: 1463534).

Robert graduated with distinction in a Bachelor of Taxation at the University of New South Wales, and later also graduated with distinction in a Juris Doctor (Law Degree) from the University of Technology.

Robert has handled a wide variety of visa applications and related appeals in his practice as an immigration lawyer and migration agent. He has acted for clients on relatively straightforward applications to extremely complex matters.

Deborah Soares

Deborah holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Wollongong and joined our immigration law team having previous experience in a couple of boutique practices and the banking industry. As a first generation Australian she understands the struggles that immigrants deal with living with and trying to settle into a new country. She is passionate about immigration law and assisting immigrants who wish to make Australia their home, both temporarily and permanently.

Deborah’s understanding of the legal system, her ability to juggle many priorities and her warm enthusiasm enables her to proactively support each of our clients when undertaking all the necessary day-to-day work that immigration law matters require.

With a flexible and easy-going nature, Deborah is always willing to assist and carries out her duties with diligence and proficiency.

Deborah is very dependable and trustworthy ensuring that all matters are handled with great care and integrity.

Deborah also speaks Portuguese, Spanish and French furthering our team’s capability to assist those of non-English speaking backgrounds.
